12 November 2019  Why do so many people who buy phones from China and then moan they have not got any warranty or support.
OK so we all like a bargain but buying from China a mobile phone is false economy. Here are a few reasons why. Ok so you may save £70 on a £300 phone if you buy from China but you may have not taken into consideration the full cost of ownership of that phone! First is the fact the phone may not ever arrive, Second you may get a big customs charge, Third you will get NO support and last is the phone will have NO warranty unless you send it back to China!!
